Hi Mr. Jason,

In the vicinity, the completed projects do not have many 1BR units, let alone up for sale now. Projects with 1BR units like yours and Riversound Residence have yet to receive TOP. However, there are some 1BR Riversail units currently advertised asking for ranges between 600K - 635K.

Alternatively, you can speak to your preferred bank to get them to do a valuation. This will provide a good reference. May I know your plans for the unit? Are you considering to market for sale or rent? I do have a interested buyer considering to purchase a 1BR unit in that area. Thanks and hope to speak to you soon!
