I calculated that I will have a negative sales proceed returns with a sales price of $320,000 and outstanding loan of $181,000. The values i got was -$52,500. I am an owner of non-tenancy holding and I have a share of 65%. If I sell my house, I am assuming that I will only receive 65% of the sales price less the outstanding loan amount. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
