I currently own a HDB apt. If I purchase an EC that has reached 5yrs old do I have to sell my HDB apt?

Evening Ray,

If you are SC owner, you are not required to sell your HDB away. You can also opt to rent out either property while staying in the other.

As long as you buy an EC that is more than 5 years old, you could keep your HDB unit.
