Part of the sales price will go back to your CPF OA and also to pay off your outstanding loan (if any). As you have yet to reach 55 years old, there is no need to meet the basic retirement sum yet. We can also derive the CPF OA amount you can use for your next flat. Together with the funds on hand and loan (if any), it will fund the purchase flat price.
