I currently own a studio condo with my husband. The loan balance is now only $300k. We would like to transfer as a gift this condo to our daughter who is now 22 yrs old & she also started working. What are the cost/s involved in a transfer as a gift ? Is the process the same as purchasing a condo ? What happens to the Cpf monies that we used for the purchase of the condo ?
