Hi Veronica,

For single retirees to purchase on their own name, the hdb eligibility scheme states that they have to be divorcees, widowed. More information can be found here.

For you and your wife to get a HDB, both must not have any properties.

For your mother's name and who is a retiree, we will need to apply via the either public scheme (with your father) or single scheme (widowed).

Thereafter, you also need to look at the loan qualification for your mother as well.
