My husband and I is currently jointly owned a condo unit. We are considering of transfering the ownership to me as we are planning to upgrade to a bigger condo (at the name of the husband) for family planning purposes. Is this possible? May i know what is the procedure? Do we need to re-sign all the S&P and loan agreements?

Morning Mrs. Hooi, Depending on the loan structure assigned during the purchase, you might need to get a mortgage loan to purchase over your husband's share of the current unit. Legal and stamp fee will be applicable. To further facilitate the purchase on your husband's end, he will also need to obtain another loan from bank. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
