If your finances are comfortable and can hold, I will suggest selling when the market is more active and when the Thomson East Coast Line is up and running 5 years later. Of course, the balance lease will also play a part, as condos with 60 years lease and below, buyers cannot loan the maximum quantum to finance the purchase.
