I have a 3 bedroom unit at The RainTree facing the greenery. I am hesitating should I sell this unit since prices now are quite good...Because this is 99 years,so I am not sure if I should sell in the next few months time or few years later when the market is even higher? Any agents can give me good advise here would be greatly appreciated..

Hi Cynthia,

No one can predict the price movement of the property market. The price may increase or decrease in future.

But the fact now is at present, the price is good and you will fetch a good price selling it now.
