Hi upgrader,

You'd still be eligible for SERS rehousing benefits if you acquired the private property before the SERS announcement, but subject to the usual conditions (e.g. resale levy if applicable, fulfilling MOP in the flat), and you wouldn't be eligible for an HDB loan.
