Hi,

As long as you are SC and have met the MOP, yes you can purchase another private property. However, ABSD will apply at 10% (for SC 3rd property) and loan will be much lower if you have outstanding loan.

As long as you have not sold your HDB unit which you are currently holding, you are eligible to purchase other private properties without the need to remove ownership on any of the existing properties on hand.

You are eligible to purchase another private property. If you're Singaporean, take note that there will be a 10% Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) that you will need to pay on top of the normal stamp duty.

Also, Loan-to-Value (LTV) and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) applies if you're planning to take another loan.
