Yes you can use CPF OA to fund the property.
The flow of fund will be cash, cpf and loan (if you plan to take loan)
The breakdown of the payment will be depend whether you are buying resale or BUC (Building Under Construction)

Yes, you can utilise the funds in your CPF-OA for property purchases, be it for downpayment, or for servicing monthly mortgage installments.

Do take note that if you have an existing property that had utilised your CPF funds, you will have to set aside the Basic Retirement Sum before being able to use the balance for your second property.
