I have been renting an apartment in the West for past 3 years. My company has extended my contract for another 3 years.
As an investment, I am interested in Centris and Lakeshore which has higher investment potential recommended in the next 3 years.
Other private estate in west are welcomed.
Not interested in Floravale - out of place location and Parc Oasis - nearly 20 years already, staying there now - problem with piping
