I have booked a flat in Jan-10 in noida. I have paid them 10% booking advance in three go. Now my loan is approved and the bank are ready to disburse the amount but due to non submission of a document from builder to bank, bank is not ready to disbursement the amount. Now Bank has approved the loan @ 8.25% interest. The scheme in which loan was approved is switched over on 12-Jan-11 if disbursement dosnt make. If I go for another bank then I will losse money in the form of interest. The builder is just saying that they are arranging the document. Please help wht should I do to avoid this financial loss/
