I have completed step 6 of the resale buying process (Convert In-Principle Approval (IPA) into a Letter of Offer (LO)). The next line shows the following

The option(s) for your intended flat purchase has/have expired. Nonetheless, if you have separately obtained a Letter of a offer from a Financial Institution before you exercise the Option to Purchase. Please indicate accordingly when you submit the resale application

What does this mean? The OTP I received is dated in the same day i’ve completed this step
