(1) Current timeline to complete is 4~5 months dependent on the 1st appointment booked. And completion date is 6~8 weeks after 1st appointment.
You will only able to book your 1st appointment after receiving valuation report.
(2) Marriage certificate should be provided on 1st appointment.
(3) It is 6 weeks for express completion and 8 weeks
for normal completion from 1st appointment. You will have to provide valid reason for delay completion. Seller and yourselves have to agreed on the delay transactions. HDB will not get involved in request apart from normal.
