Congratulations on passing the RES. It is a difficult exam but you made it. Congratulations.
The next step is for you to get a good mentor. Learn from your mentor and get the experience from him to prepare yourself into this real estate industry.
Getting into the right agency is also important. Over at ERA, our management has came out with $1m to support the new RES. We know that starting up in a real estate line is not easy, there are expenses to be paid and subscription of website. ERA is here paying for all new RES the CEA registration fee.

I myself lead a small team now and will be glad to show you around ERA and also answer all questions you have. I do a one-to-one training and coaching for all new agents and will guide them along with procedures and on-the-ground training. Besides my training, I will also share stories on personal experiences so my new agents will understand and know how to deal with such cases in future.
