I have put aside slightly over 500K to buy my house, looking for something that spawns min 3 bd-rms and something that is not in prime estates.

At least 1000++ sqft and not too old flats.

What is the best bargain????

Dear buyer,

Perhaps you would like to shortlist Sengkang and Punggol for your consideration as flats there are one of the newest in Singapore. Development has been very much ongoing in these estates therefore you can actually look forward to strong demand in future should you have any desire to sell later.
