My 2 cents worth of opinion is that if you have been convinced by the agent who served you that this project is for you, it is encouraged that you go back to him or her and let him or her earn the deserved share of commission. Otherwise you should actually make an appointment with your preferred agent to visit the showflat. Maybe you can put yourself into the serving agent's shoes and to understand how he or she may feel to have convinced a buyer to purchased the project but was not rewarded for the efforts made.

Hi Ms Cho, yes the choice is yours. In fact, you could bring along your preferred agent to the show flat to look for that agent whom had previously served you.
