Asked by
I intend to buy a condo soon and will be getting an agent. May I know whether I have to pay commission to the agent or will the agent collect the commission from the seller? If I have to pay commission, what is the approx amount? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Mr Tan

Usually, the buyer does not need to pay commission to his agent. The buyer's agent will share co-broke commission with the seller's agent.

Do contact me at 8555 7355  and let me know if there is any condo you are interested in purchasing and I can help you to find and arrange viewing for your desired purchase.

It would be my pleasure to assist you further.

Thank you.
