I intend to look for a 3room or 4room under the single scheme.

1) Earn more than $3k per mth
Is there anyway that I can get HDB Loan and CPF Housing Grant??

2) If not eligible for HDB Loan and CPF Grant, what would be suggestion?
- Used up all my CPF and get bank loan??

With your current income, you should be able to get a HDB loan and single grant, provided you fit the rest of the requirements.

Hi,

You are not eligible for HDB and the housing grant.
The next option will be bank loan.

Allow me to discuss with you more detail. I do serve some buyer with more than 3k per mth but still manage to get HDB loan.

Next option will be Bank loan.
