Short term accomodation can sometime be a nightmare for family.
For Casa Merah, it will be a sub-sales purchase now as the TOP is expected in Q3 2009.
The cash portion will be option fees (1% + 4% of purchase price) + excess in valuation (COV).
Followed by the bank loan instalment monthly payment. (depends on the year of loan, check with banker your loan package)
My recommedation,
1. if you have the above cash, you may choose to buy yourself a unit at Casa Merah first.
The Completion date can be negotiated to accomodate your financial needs.( I can help you on this)
2. Upon receiving the Notice of the TOP of Casa Merah, you can start to sell your HDB flat (within 6mths)
