I invested a FH condo at Orchard Urban Suite about 6 months ago...at 5.2 over millions for 2002sqft. TOP in 2013, under healthy economy growth in Spore...what do you think we can gain by then?
Also, I bought a unit at Waterfront wave (bedok reservoir) high floor best view of the water about 2 yrs ago at the high of 1.3mil for 170sqm. The MRT at Bedok reservoir will be ready about 2.5yrs from now and the 99yrs condo TOP by end next year...i have an offer of 1.55mil now...should I sell or hold till MRT completed and what would the price lightly to be? thanks
