I just sold my 5 room HDB flat for 750k. My wife and my income is about 60K each per am. We are planning to buy a condo but our cash $200k profit and CPF about $250k is tied in until HDB releases it to us. My question is, can we afford a condo valued at $1.25m? Would a bridging loan be a good idea as we have no cash for down payment?
