Hi Jack,

Commission in renting out the apartment is at 1 month rental fees for every 12 months lease period and the prevailing GST will apply. This is also applicable during renewal of lease. As for management fees, I have heard of cases between 10-20% of the rental amount, on top of the expenses that landlords need to pay on any potential repairs or replacements for the property concern. Such management can be taken up by a third party actually to avoid potential conflict of interest for the leasing agent.
