I own a HDB Flat in Tampines and now I want to sell my flat to my neighbour for 370k. The problem is that my SPR husband has some outstanding credit card balance from a few banks in singapore. Will there be a problem to sell my house due to this ? Please advise.

Is your current house on HDB loan or Bank loan?
