I saw Citilight studio rental going for minimum $3k at 570 sq ft. My question is who are the people who got this money to rent it? Are they expats? I also notice the price for a 570 sq ft is $800k. THis bring me to another question on Scala at Lorong Chuan. Will it follow the same fate? A few yrs ago, I was presented an opportunity to buy Citilight for about 600k and I miss the boat.
