I seriously plan to buy a condo mainly for investment purpose. My criteria: near to MRT, TOP or relatively new, min 3 bedroom, budget 1M, any location but preferably near/around city that can yield good rental. Thanks for any recommendation.

Hi Sonny,

You can consider "The Acacias". This is Freehold, just TOP. It is located at Sommerville Road, the central and near to Serangoon MRT and future Mega Shopping Mall in Serangoon MRT by end 2009.

Very exclusively project with only 65 units. 3-BRs unit are within $1M. I have few units available for sub-sale now.
