Hi, I have a 3 room flat in holland village area and bought before the new rules came into place. Have owned the placed for more than 5 years and did not take grant, subsidy.
Can I check if I am allowed to rent out whole unit and rent a condo elsewhere.
I am looking for a2+1 or 3 room condo or apartment, near mrt, near good primary schools.
