- I signed tenancy on the 6th July 2021 with no stamp duty nor mentioned of stamp duty in lease agreement.
- I moved out on 25th Sept 2021 with no stamp duty and practically broke the lease.
- My main tenant who I sublet from bought a stamp duty on 14 March 2022, around 6 months after I moved out.
Does that mean the agreement become legal even if it is late and I broke the agreement 6 months ago?
