There could be bounce out units available. It is sometimes made available before the TOP, at developer's discretion. These listings could be trying to capture the interest and details first, so they can reach out to you when bounce out units occur.

Bounced out units are always anticipated for new launch projects especially EC, as some of the buyers may not have passed the eligibility criteria as per assessed by HDB.
