The advertisements in the PropertyGuru are mostly wrongly representing the price as advertised.
I have checked with the developer that the 3 bedrooms unit available are priced from $1.1m and above but there a alot of advertisement that are asking for btw $900-$990k and when enquired they are sold and only $1.1m up price is available.
Why are they being advertised at lower the price available units daily My client was shocked and asked me why are they are advertising the lower prices units which are not available for a long time which is infact is false. He asked if CEA is aware of these sale tactics.
Pls check with your appointed agents that they are supposed to advertise what units are available and dont give wrong impression on the Developer.
