hi Mr Magnus, What kind of subsidy are you looking at. there are some informations you need to know about buying a HDB flat. First of all, a very important things is lift level.You must buy a unit with original lift level, the reason is, local there will be subsidy for lift upgrading while PR fully NO. Examples: local paid $800 for lift upgrading after all subsidy by Gov.PR roughly $8-10K.This is just an example. Hope this help your qns.
