I wanted to know if I passed on and the HDB is under my name (bought under Single SG Citizen scheme) and my mom is a PR Malaysian . Can she retain the house?

If she is not a PR (holding LTVP) - can she still stay in the house?

Afternoon,

Under HDB ruling, your mum will have to sell the HDB unit as she does not comply with any of the eligibility scheme available.
