My Mom is 71 yrs old. Would like to buy a small HDB near us from open market. All her children are not eligible to join name with her as we own our properties.

A very real consideration for us, what if she pass-on within the MOP period (touch wood). How would HDB buy back? Is it at open market value, assume totally no subsidy when she buy.
