Hi Soo,

The working class in around RWS, VIVOCITY, ONE-NORTH, NUS are supporting the rental yield in D05 particularly those in Pasir Panjang area.

I would like to reocmmend Freehold Horizon Residences atop Pasir Panjang Hill which is less than 3km to NUS, and 3 min walk to future Haw Par Villa MRT station ready in 2011.
