Hi

It is a bit tough to appeal successfully but I have seen families with medical issues and childrens' issues provide a strong case for hdb review. You have to have strong personal altruistic reasons for hdb to consider, it will be on case by case basis.

Alternatively you might want to consider new EC or resale hdb/EC.

Hope the above clarifies. I am well-versed with HDB and private property transactions, having helped more than 100 homeowners transit smoothly with their housing plans. Please reach out to me at 97432395  for a more in-depth discussion :)

May I have more info on your requirements so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and looking forward to chat more

Hi,

1) The success rate depends on how your household income was tabluated.
2) If this income was tabulated with a married couple, then the chance of success is quite slim.
3) If this income was tabulated inclusive with other family members such as sibling(s), parent(s), child(ren), etc, then the chance is higher because parent(s), sibling(s), child(ren) might be leaving the family nucleus and build their own family.
4) HDB might consider this and give a leeway.
5) You will have to consider buying a resale flat instead.

All the best!

Please give me a thumbs-up if the answer provided is relevant to your main concern. Thanks!!!
