I'm a foreigner(Indian) with 150K cash in hand (will be 200K by Dec.2013) and intend to buy a 2BHK condo. /ex.Condo in Jurong/Bukit batok, Clementi, B,Vista (open for west and central), Can some one help in terms of formalities, stamp duty , misc. charges and eligibility to buy a house ?

We need to know how much loan are you eligible for.
As for your available saving, you might not have too much of choices as your buying power should range around $700k.

I have a 2 bedroom unit at Lakepoint Condo, which is only 7 mins walk from Lakeside mrt. Area is 1001 sqft and asking is only 800k. Cheers!
