I'm a foreigner who wish to buy my first property in Singapore. Due to the HDB New Policies For Property Purchase, will i be affected as a foreign investor? How much downpayment should i pay for a private condo? My budget is around SGD750,000. Please show me the breakdown of the payment. I'm interested in the west region, can anyone give me recommendations of the condo that provides high rental yield? Thanks.
