i'm a SPR for 4years. I'm looking for a flat preferrably along green line from clementi to boonlay. my budget is from 250k-300k. my monhtly salary is about 5k. i inquire dbs bank and they agree to loan me about 90% of the valuation price. my cpf currently about 27k OA. thank you very much

Hi Arturo Tolentino,

Perhaps u can consider a 6yr-old HDB New Jurong West near the Pioneer MRT (going operational on 28th Feb) and a 24hr coffeshop below.

Let me know. I have several units to show yourself. Valuation, however at range of $290-$320k.
