I'm currently a PR status but haven't worked for a few years now. I'm planning to rent a company-owned condo unit (the entire condo is owned by a company and all the tenants are just renting).
As there is a background check prior to the approval of the contract, will my workless status gonna affect if the company allows me to rent the unit or not even if I am able to pay the deposits.
