Hello Gurus,
I have 2 years tenancy lease, but due to some medical reasons I have to move to some other place, so won't be able to complete full tenancy lease, just short of one month.
I informed owner's agent 2+ months earlier about the decision as per the agreement. Now he says I can terminal early only if he gets replacement. Just to clarify, my TA don't have any such clause.
As per the law can he put any such condition? Could you please advice?
