hi, my wife owned a hdb flat with her mother as a owner. Can she join me to buy a pte condo, without selling her hdb ?

Evening Daniel,

Based on your statement, your mother-in-law and wife are the legal owner for the unit. Is your sife PR or SC? If your wife is SC and have fulfilled the MOP, both of you are eligible to purchase private property without having to sell the HDB unit. If you wife is PR, the that might not be the case.
