I'm interested in 2 br around novena area for investment. But there seem to be a hotel there. It is still a good area to investment?

Which part of Novena are you referring to? or are you referring more to Balestier area?

These areas are good for investment as it has capital appreciation potential in the coming years. Your main concern should be the purchase price; the purchase price will determine if the property is a good investment.
