i'm looking for a place that has at least 3b and 1300 sqft. however, i'm not in a hurry given the current economic condition and also my current lease expires in jan 2010. those projects that has 2008/2009 top will be ideal. prefer smaller projects due to its serenity but will consider others as well. you can contact me at axltan@yahoo.com or 92977261
