How much COV, it is actually depend on the condition, also the location your unit and some other factor. I would need more information.

Dear Mr.Ma,

As mentioned by my colleagues, there are certain factors that could affect your unit's COV.
1) Condition of the house
2) Facing of the unit
3) Being a 3rd floor unit
4) Also, you would need to compare with neighbouring units that were sold and also for sale.

Evening Mr. Ma,

You should be located somewhere around Blk 275 to 28X. Your unit should not have any noon sun. The condition and location of your unit would determine the COV. It would range from $25k to $45k. It may worth more if you unit is nicely done up.

Hi Mr Ma,

For 3rd floor unit, I would estimate cov max at 30k. Unless your unit is beautifully renovated, then may command higher.

Of course you can ask for very high cov, but probably it will take a long time for you to sell the unit. How fast you sell depends how realistic the asking price is.
