I'm looking for a resale HDB. When do I need to submit my marriage certificate?

Hi Leon,
May I ask if you are married or that you intend to get married?
The difference is if you are married, you need to be verified that you and your wife are eligible to buy a HDB flat under the Public Scheme. Showing of original ROM will be on HDB 1st appt.
If you and your girlfriend opt for the Fiance and Fiancee Scheme, you need to produce the ROM within 3 months from the sales completion (i.e. 2nd HDB appt).
