I'm planning to sell our hdb flat here at compassvale street 16th flr. maybe next month. Just want to ask how long is the process, how much is the usual COV and also is there any place I can sell all our furniture and appliances after selling the HDB ?

Hi Mon,

Generally, HDB procedure will take about 3 months. This exclude the time required for marketing and option. Therefore, whole procedure may take at least 4 months.

The COV at compassvale should be in the region of $40k to $50k region, depending on facing and condition of the house.

You can probably sell your existing furniture to second hands traders.
