I'm PR almost 4-Years and looking 4/5rm flat around Jurong East & west.,
My CPF just come to 40K and my age already 46 years with same my wife age., wife have Few CPF came from her PT work and pls do advice .

Hi John,

You would need to take a bank loan to finance purchase of HDB flat.

I would advise you to do an In-Principle-Approval from bank to know your mortgage loan quantum. With that in mind, you can then start to source for a 4/5 rm within your budget.
