Afternoon,

Buyers have different requirement. Some are looking for nicely done up unit to move in really while some prefer to make over on the unit. If your unit is in very good shape, I would suggest that you do up the repair. However, if your unit is in original condition, I would suggest that you leave it as it is. The most important factor would be your selling price as this would be one of the main attraction on any S&P.
